Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms“) govern your access to and use of the website, social media platforms, products, and services operated by Mood Brew (“Mood Brew“, “we“, “our“, or “us“). Mood Brew is a micro coffee roaster and retail coffee brand operating in Pakistan. 

By accessing, browsing, purchasing from, or otherwise using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you should discontinue use immediately. 

 

  1. Eligibility and Use

You must be at least 18 years old, or have the consent of a legal guardian, to place an order with Mood Brew. You agree to use our services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. 

 

  1. Products and Availability

All products offered by Mood Brew are subject to availability. We reserve the right to modify, discontinue, or limit the quantity of any product at any time without prior notice. 

Product descriptions, images, tasting notes, and pricing are provided for general information only. Minor variations may occur due to the artisanal and natural nature of coffee roasting, and such variations shall not be considered defects. 

 

  1. Pricing and Payments

All prices are listed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) unless stated otherwise and may change without notice. Payment must be made in full at the time of placing an order. 

Payments are processed through third-party payment service providers. Mood Brew does not store or control your payment details and shall not be responsible for any payment-related issues, delays, or failures caused by such providers. 

 

  1. Orders, Acceptance, and Cancellation

Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. Mood Brew reserves the right to accept or reject any order at its sole discretion, including in cases of pricing errors, stock limitations, or suspected fraudulent activity. 

Once an order has been confirmed, it may not be cancelled or modified unless expressly approved by Mood Brew. 

 

  1. Shipping and Delivery

Delivery timelines provided are estimates only. Mood Brew shall not be liable for delays caused by courier services, weather conditions, strikes, customs issues, or any circumstances beyond our reasonable control. 

Risk of loss or damage to products passes to the customer upon dispatch. 

 

  1. Returns, Refunds, and Exchanges

Due to the perishable nature of coffee products, all sales are final. Returns, refunds, or exchanges are not permitted unless the product received is materially incorrect or damaged at the time of delivery. 

Any claims must be reported within 24 hours of receipt, along with clear photographic evidence, failing which the claim may not be entertained. 

 

  1. Health and Consumption Disclaimer

Our products are intended for general consumption. Individual reactions to coffee and caffeine may vary. Mood Brew makes no guarantees regarding health benefits and shall not be responsible for any adverse reactions, sensitivities, or health-related outcomes arising from consumption of our products. 

Customers are advised to consume responsibly. 

 

  1. Intellectual Property

All content, including but not limited to trademarks, logos, text, images, designs, and packaging, is the intellectual property of Mood Brew and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without prior written consent. 

 

  1. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Mood Brew shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising out of or in connection with the use of our products or services. 

In no event shall Mood Brew’s total liability exceed the amount paid by the customer for the specific product giving rise to the claim. 

 

  1. Third-Party Services and Links

Mood Brew may use or link to third-party services, including payment processors, delivery partners, or social media platforms. We do not control and are not responsible for the actions, content, or policies of such third parties. 

 

  1. Force Majeure

Mood Brew shall not be held responsible for failure or delay in performance caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, acts of government, labor disputes, technical failures, or internet disruptions. 

 

  1. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Mood Brew from any claims, losses, damages, liabilities, or expenses arising out of your misuse of our services, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any third-party rights. 

 

  1. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan. Courts located in Pakistan shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes. 

 

  1. Amendments

Mood Brew reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
