Shipping & Returns Policy

This Shipping & Returns Policy applies to all purchases made from Mood Brew (“Mood Brew“, “we“, “our“, or “us“), a micro coffee roaster and retail coffee brand operating in Pakistan. By placing an order with us, you agree to the terms outlined below.
1. Order Processing
All orders placed with Mood Brew are subject to confirmation and availability. Once your order is confirmed, it will be processed and prepared for dispatch.
As our products are freshly roasted and carefully packed, processing times may vary. Orders are typically dispatched within a reasonable timeframe after confirmation.
2. Shipping Method and Delivery Timeline
Mood Brew uses third-party courier and logistics service providers to deliver orders across Pakistan.
- Estimated delivery time is 5 to 7 business days after order confirmation.
- Delivery timelines are estimates only and may vary based on location, courier operations, weather conditions, public holidays, or other factors beyond our control.
- Mood Brew does not guarantee delivery dates or times.
Once an order has been handed over to the courier service, any delays or delivery issues are the responsibility of the third-party provider.
3. Shipping Charges
Shipping charges, if applicable, will be communicated at the time of order placement. Any additional charges imposed by courier services (such as remote area surcharges) may be passed on to the customer where applicable.
4. Risk of Loss and Delivery Responsibility
All products are packed with due care before dispatch. Risk of loss, damage, or delay passes to the customer once the order is handed over to the third-party courier service.
Mood Brew shall not be held responsible for loss, theft, damage, or mishandling of packages during transit.
5. No Returns Policy (Perishable Goods)
Due to the perishable nature of coffee products, all sales made by Mood Brew are final.
We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds once an order has been dispatched or delivered, except in limited circumstances outlined below.
This policy is in place to ensure product freshness, hygiene, and quality standards.
6. Exceptions – Incorrect or Damaged Orders
Returns or replacements may be considered only if:
- The wrong product was delivered, or
- The product was damaged at the time of delivery.
To be eligible for review:
- You must notify Mood Brew within 24 hours of receiving the order.
- Clear photographic evidence of the issue must be provided.
- The product must remain unused and in its original packaging.
Approval of any replacement or resolution shall be at the sole discretion of Mood Brew.
7. Non-Eligible Cases
Mood Brew will not entertain returns, refunds, or replacements for:
- Change of mind or taste preference
- Delays caused by courier services
- Incorrect address or contact details provided by the customer
- Failure to receive the order due to customer unavailability
- Minor packaging variations that do not affect product quality
8. Failed Deliveries and Re-Shipping
In the event an order is returned to us due to failed delivery attempts, incorrect information, or refusal to accept the package, re-shipping may be subject to additional charges.
Mood Brew reserves the right to cancel such orders without issuing a refund.
9. Force Majeure
Mood Brew shall not be liable for delays or failure to deliver caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, strikes, government actions, or courier service disruptions.
10. Policy Updates
Mood Brew reserves the right to modify or update this Shipping & Returns Policy at any time without prior notice. Changes will be effective upon posting.
